How much is shipping?


Shipping: All orders over $65 will ship free. (to the same address in the continental United States only) Orders under $65 will ship for $6.95. We ship USPS, Federal Express or Smart Post depending on weight and delivery address. Average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. (not including weekends)

We also offer Priority and Expedited Shipping: FEDERAL EXPRESS or USPS Expedited for an additional charge based on the dollar amount. The exact amount will be shown after the shipping address is entered and before payment information is entered.

Orders in AK, HI and APO, APE, PR, VI are based on the dollar amount of the order. The exact amount will be shown after the shipping information is entered and before payment information.

We do not ship internationally.

Each order is shipped fully insured.

If damage occurs in shipping please contact us at contact@capecandle.com as soon as possible. We will handle all claim paperwork and send replacements or issue a credit (charge card).

What if an item arrives damaged?
Although damage is rare, we handle all paperwork. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@capecandle.com at which time we will replace or credit your charge account for the damaged or lost item(s).

How do I return an item?
You may return items for credit or exchange within 15 days. Please send to Cape Candle Attn Returns 2011 NE 10th Terrace, Cape Coral FL 33909. Please enclose copy of original order and include specific instructions. For example: please exchange 1 box of red for 1 box of cranberry or for a refund (reason: wrong color please credit my charge). Items must be new and in original packaging with copy of original order.
